Renting with us
How long is a rental?
Every rental is a 4-day rental for the price of 1. That gives you time to set up before your event and clean up afterward without rushing.
How do I book?
Pick your dates, add what you need to your quote and submit it. You can also call or text us at (844) 668-SOLO or email contactus@ddisrentals.com.
Is submitting a quote the same as booking?
No. Submitting a quote request lets us check availability and confirm your pricing and delivery details with you before anything is final.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We believe in clear communication and honest pricing, so your quote will show what you are paying for.
How far ahead should I reserve?
As soon as you know your date, especially for weddings, quinceañeras and weekends during the cooler months. If your event is coming up soon, call or text us anyway. A rush fee may apply to short-notice orders, and your quote will show it.
Delivery and setup
What areas do you deliver to?
How much is delivery?
Delivery pricing is based on distance from Buckeye. Enter your address when you request your quote and it will be calculated for you.
Can I pick up the rentals myself?
Yes. Local pickup is available from Buckeye. Some items, like our 6 ft fold-in-half table, are especially easy to transport in a car or SUV.
Do you offer setup and takedown?
Yes. In addition to our rentals, we offer setup and takedown services. Let us know what you need help with in your quote notes so we can plan for it.
What surface does a dance floor need?
Our dance floor must be installed on flat, level ground and should not be moved once it is installed. On uneven or outdoor ground, ask us about our subfloor.
Planning your event
What occasions do you rent for?
Weddings and receptions, birthdays, graduations, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events and business gatherings, backyard parties and family gatherings, holiday parties, community events, festivals, vendor markets, outdoor gatherings, school events and special celebrations.
What size tent do I need?
Our 20×30 tent seats up to 60 guests, or about 90 standing. Our 20×50 fits about 80 to 120 guests. See our tent size guide for more help.
How many tables and chairs do I need?
A 60-inch round table seats 8 to 10 guests, an 8 ft table seats 8 to 10, and a 6 ft table seats 6 to 8. Our table and chair guide walks through the math.
How do you keep guests cool in Arizona?
Combine shade with airflow. Tents and patio umbrellas block the sun, and portable evaporative coolers move a lot of air. Read our tips for hot-weather parties.
