How to Host a Quinceañera at Home: A Rental Guide
Hosting a quinceañera at home can save on a hall and gives your family more freedom with the schedule, food and decorations. With the right rentals, your yard or family property can look every bit as special.
Start with your guest list
Quinceañeras tend to be big, so count carefully. A 60-inch round table seats 8 to 10 guests, so 100 guests will need 10 to 13 tables. Add a main table for the quinceañera and her court, plus tables for food, cake and gifts. Our table and chair guide can help you work it out.
Bring in your colors
Let linens do the work. Start with tablecloths in a neutral color, then add runners and napkins to bring in your theme. White resin chairs go with almost any palette.
Create a focal point
The main table is where the photos happen. A pipe-and-drape backdrop gives you a base for fabric, balloons or flowers in your colors.
Plan for the waltz
A dance floor is essential. Our 18×18 floor holds up to 70 dancers. It needs flat, level ground, so check your space first and ask about a subfloor if you are hosting on an uneven surface.
Keep guests comfortable
A 20×30 tent seats up to 60 guests, and a 20×50 fits about 80 to 120. Depending on the season, add coolers or patio heaters. If you are serving a meal, a set of chafing dishes keeps food warm.
